Chelsie Kugler is our vice president of business development; she is an expert at creating strategic business partnerships and driving new revenue sources for the company. Chelsie has a strong understanding of budgeting, planning, and financial analysis and can undertake multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadlines and contributing ideas. She is goal oriented, self-starter, positive, adaptable, analytical, timely, and innovative. She has a Master of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Nebraska Omaha and is a Cum Laude graduate of Bradley University; she holds a bachelor’s in business finance. Chelsie also has a Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) from Nebraska Business Development Bureau. Chelsie loves sports; she enjoys playing pickleball and volleyball and likes skiing.
