As a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will:
- Lead multiple client engagements across diverse industries, ensuring efficient financial operations.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting to drive insightful recommendations for clients.
- Manage monthly reporting processes and present findings to executive leadership teams and boards of directors.
- Develop innovative solutions for investment, sourcing, and cost reduction, contributing to clients’ growth and success.
- Mentor and train finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
- Strong modeling background and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in finance or related field.
- Experience in a small, high-growth company or professional services firm.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and experience working with multiple clients.
