Sales and Marketing Coordinator – US, Mexico, or Canada Remote
As an experienced sales or marketing professional with high EQ and familiarity with finance, you know how to listen, identify, and solve pain points. You’ll be responsible for the top-of-the-sales-funnel, empowered with great autonomy and trust. This spans from strategic planning to technical execution and all duties in-between.

What your day looks like:
- Collaborate with Operations, VP of Business Development, and the Admin team.
- Execute CFOshare’s strategic marketing plan including:
- SEO strategy, content generation, and reputation management
- Social media
- Newsletter campaigns
- Public relations and thought leadership
- Innovates, tests, evaluates and develops improvements to marketing strategies and tactics.
- Use Zoominfo, email automation, and phone calls to engage and qualify leads.
- Monitors existing clients and processes annual renewals/upsells on time.
What you’ll bring with you:
- A solid mix of finance and marketing or sales experience (4+ years.)
- A bachelors degree in marketing, sales, business, finance, accounting, or communications; or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills (in English), with an enthusiasm for developing relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data to drive informed decisions.
- Experience working with small USA businesses.
Our team members enjoy:
- Salary $50,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
- Target bonus of $5-7k with unlimited upside!
