Marjorie Bailey, CPA

Marjorie Bailey, CPA, is a Fractional CFO at CFO Share, where she helps technology companies, healthcare and senior living organizations, and nonprofits build the financial discipline to grow profitably. Clients rely on her for forecasting and cash flow planning, audit readiness, board reporting, and building finance teams that deliver timely, accurate numbers.

Marjorie brings more than 30 years of finance leadership to the role. She has served as CFO of Elder Care Alliance, Margaret O’Leary, Inc., and Rainbeau, and as VP of Finance and CFO of Communication Intelligence Corporation. She was also a Partner at Marcum LLP and Corporate Practice Lead at Apex Group, serving Bay Area technology companies. Her experience includes due diligence, IPO preparation, and SEC reporting.

As CFO of Elder Care Alliance, Marjorie led the organization to positive net income in her first year. Her favorite pastime is teaching accounting. She has taught Advanced Accounting and Audit and Attestation at UC Berkeley Extension since 2011 and previously taught in the MBA program at Dominican University of California.
