Mai White, MBA, is a Finance Consultant at CFO Share, where she builds operating forecasts for founder-led SaaS and professional services companies. Her forecasts help owners see where the business is headed, plan growth, and answer questions like why a profitable company is still short on cash and how much runway it has.
Mai has more than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. Before joining CFO Share in 2019, she was a financial analyst at Ball Corporation and Navajo Inc. and a staff accountant for the City of Manhattan, Kansas. She also served as FP&A Manager at Sifted, a logistics SaaS startup.
Mai has supported more than 60 CFO Share clients. She has built more than 30 operating forecasts, which owners use as key tools for strategic planning and long-term cash management, and more than 10 pro forma financial models. She also builds 13-week cash flow forecasts for short-term cash needs, and she built the pricing model behind a SaaS client’s pricing strategy.
Mai was the kid who picked puzzles over cartoons, and she still brings that curiosity to every set of numbers. She is based in Lake Mary, Florida.
