Karla Olvera

Karla Olvera is a Staff Accountant at CFO Share, where she helps growing businesses keep clean, accurate, up-to-date books. She focuses on full accrual bookkeeping, month-end close, account reconciliations, and catching up books that have fallen behind. Clients in construction and real estate, manufacturing, engineering, and the nonprofit sector rely on her to get their numbers right every month.

Before joining CFO Share in 2025, Karla spent years in accounting, working at a public accounting firm and in accounting roles at manufacturing and construction companies. She holds a Cédula Profesional in Accounting in Mexico, a Licenciatura en Contaduría from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC), and a B.A. in Global Management from San Diego Global Knowledge University. She is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor and a Xero Certified Advisor.

In one engagement, Karla led the compliance process for a home-building contractor at risk of losing his government license to build. He kept the license, three contracts worth MXN $1 million each moved forward, and the team met its sales goal. Karla is bilingual in English and Spanish and is based in Mexicali, Baja California.
