Jake Fleming

Jake Fleming is President and CEO of CFO Share, where he leads the firm’s team of fractional CFOs, controllers, accountants, and analysts. He works with startups and real estate companies that want clear numbers, a cash plan they can trust, and a path to their next milestone, whether that is steady growth or a successful exit.

Jake brings 19 years of corporate and fractional finance experience. At Caterpillar, he led the development of a global cash forecasting tool and analyzed supplier financial risk. At GGP (now Brookfield Properties Retail), he rose to Senior Manager in Corporate Finance, running quarterly valuations for 136 properties in a $48 billion portfolio and supporting the CFO and investor relations team. He joined CFO Share in 2018 as Finance Manager and served as Director of Finance and COO before becoming CEO in 2025.

In the last 18 months, Jake has helped two clients reach their exit goals at best-in-class multiples, thanks to clean books and a smooth due diligence process. Another long-term client has achieved +20% year-over-year revenue growth two years in a row. Jake holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
