Beth Freestone

Beth Freestone is a Senior Financial Analyst at CFO Share, where she builds and updates the financial models, forecasts, and dashboards that help growth-minded, founder-led businesses make decisions with confidence. Working alongside CFO Share’s fractional CFOs, she supports 7 to 10 clients a year in manufacturing, professional services, and technology, answering the questions owners ask most: How much runway do we have? When can we hire? What are our margins telling us?

Beth brings more than 15 years of acquisitions financial modeling in commercial real estate. She joined CFO Share in 2020 on the Admin Team and moved to Customer Experience, where she built the client feedback process and the timelines and checkpoints the team uses across the client lifecycle, before moving into a financial analyst role.

Recently, Beth built pro forma models for an $18M U.S. acquisition of a Canadian company, worked with the lender through underwriting, and then built a weekly cash flow model for both entities after close. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University. Outside work, she plays tennis, runs, and hikes around Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
