Andrew Paschetto
Fractional Controller
Andrew Paschetto helps manufacturers and inventory-intensive businesses trust their numbers: what their inventory is worth, what their products cost, and what their margins really are. A Fractional Controller at CFO Share since 2020, Andrew is often the first person with corporate-level experience to take a close look at a small company’s books. That usually means answering the margin question, moving the business from de facto cash basis to accrual, and pointing out where an inventory process or cost structure is missing.
Andrew has worked as a cost accountant since 2003, building cost and inventory processes at Kiosk Information Systems, Crocs and Stanley Aviation, from designing and leading physical inventory counts to valuing impaired inventory across years. He has worked in more than six ERP systems, and his view is simple: costing lives in system data, so good cost numbers depend on good system use. His foundation in data analysis, Excel and SQL is how he finds the gaps.
For one CFO Share client, Andrew cut a recurring close step from 2½ hours to 30 minutes while producing an auditable valuation of unearned revenue.
